Parmenion Reboots Their Agile Initiatives with an Increase in Backlog Quality of More Than 30 %

Parmenion constantly develops their investment platform systems and products. Their agile implementation was focused heavily on their IT department and they were not getting the full value of delivering products using agile principles and techniques. The organization realized they needed to work in a way that would maximize value delivery and decided to work with PST Simon Reindl to help them achieve a growth mindset, embrace the Scrum Values and become more outcome oriented.
