We ask our students for feedback in multiple ways to help us learn how we are doing and improve for the future. This page demonstrates two of the ways that we gather feedback on our Applying Professional Scrum training classes:
- Immediately following each class, we ask students to provide reviews of the training using Trustpilot as a third party measurement mechanism.
- Six months after the conclusion of each class, we reach back out to students via a short survey to understand how things are going with what they learned in class.
