Why Isn't My Assessment Password Working?

Please bear in mind that we have account passwords and assessment passwords. These passwords are not interchangeable. Scrum.org member account passwords are determined by you at the time you create your account. Assessment passwords are a string of between 39 and 46 characters with a dash (-) near the end. 

Occasionally Scrum.org notification emails are caught in a spam filter due to network security or firewall settings, so we suggest adding info@scrum.org and support@scrum.org to your email client’s friendly contacts and safe-senders list in order to receive important communications from us.

Your password will not be the subject of your email, but can be found within the body of the email message. Please be careful not to copy any additional spaces or other characters when pasting your password on the assessment page.
