Great training for a Scrum Master
Not being a scrum master, I learned a lot more about how the day-to-day of this role is. I was taught facilitation techniques, how to easily crowd control and how to deal with different types of conflict within the Scrum Team.
The instructor was very knowledgeable and kept the sessions very energetic.
The only downside is that I hoped for the content to be more towards the actual exam preparation, such as going through some example questions together.
But overall, I still found great value in this training!

PSM II Course Utrecht
This course was the perfect combination of hands-on practicing using various models & approaches, but at the same time linked to various underlying books / theories & materials to dive into further. The trainer was very well versed in both the theory and the practice relevant for a professional scrum master, kept the energy high and the student engaged.

Great and usefull class
Great class and very usefull after PSPO1.
After a while, you addept the learnings of scrum a bit to fit in the company, but very good the refresh and learn how it should be and where the current pain points are.

On-line is great opportunity to get amazing class at your home.
You and participants from another countries with they great unic expirience.
Roland creates warm and intertaining atmosphiere so time was runing to fast! Great exersises with thoutful debriefing. Highly recomend!

A truly satisfaying online event
A truly satisfaying online event! The class preparation and organization was done explicitly well. It worked really well with multinational team. Facilitation was great, debriefing after each exercise, explaining the reasoning and techniques behind it. The time simply swept by and we had two days of productive disucussions and exchanged experience, take items we can implement immediately on the next working day. Thank you for the nice event and the awesome experience!

Online training works!
This was my second training with Roland Flemm. First one (PSM I) was before COVID era, it was offline training and was really great. So I was hesitating to take PSM II online or wait for better circumstances to have it offline again.
And it was great training. It was perfectly time boxed, started and finished on time with short breaks and lunch break. We had a great team, all were involved into a process. Roland has kept us busy, provided us with useful information and given us enough time to think, consider and discuss. A lot of insights have been taken from these two days.

High value online workshop
Happy to admit I was proven wrong on having concerns for taking an online PSPO workshop. Roland's experience, ability to adapt on the fly, and extensive use of online tools made this workshop very efficient.

A friendly & professional training from a real Scrum Master
Thank you for the awesome two days, it was really useful. The session provided me a good foundation and a deeper understanding about the complexity of the Scrum Master role.
I enjoyed it, because it was not a simple, dry broadcast about Scrum. I liked the way how we (the students) were involved and interacted with each other, that we were put in situations which pushed us to think like a Scrum Master should think.
Understanding "The Scrum Guide" is vital, but to start thinking/acting like a Scrum Master and to really understand the importance of this role is a much higher value and - in my opinion - this training is aiming for that higher value.

I really found valuable every minute of the two training days.
I really found valuable every minute of the two training days. Fully interactive even if the session happened through video conference due to covid-19. The reduced number of attendees also helped to participate even more often. I don't remember how many questions I was able to ask (all of them properly answered), but they were a lot. I also learned from experiences shared by the other people attending the training (great team, by the way). The huge amount of additional material shared by the trainer after the training is also remarkable and promises to be of great help for me to keep growing as a Scrum Master.

Comprehensive and engaging training on PSPO

This class has been the best traning I have had for ages.
The content was excellent with all the examples and exercises.
It keep me focus on the whole 2 days.
Roland Flemm's presentation and communication skills should be also teached.
He makes you relax while speaking and looks like Tony Stark :D
So if you mix these two, the content and the man, you get a two day long journey about Scrum.
I will definately recommend to anyone who would like to know what is Scrum!

Who Am I?
Roland Flemm is an experienced Scrum Master and an Organisational Design consultant. He works as on large and small scale Scrum adoptions and as a Professional Scrum trainer.
Roland is the Co-author of Org Topologies™, a thinking tool for thoughtful organization design.
Roland has a background in application development (.Net and Java) and in infrastructure engineering (IBM WebSphere & Portal) for over 20 years. Since 2013 he is dedicated to working as a Scrum Master and LeSS Coach.
People come to Roland to fix problems like these:
- We added (Scrum) teams to speed up our software delivery, but now this is slowing us down.
- We have difficulties keeping up with the speed at which competitors are delivering new features.
- We (the business) pay a fortune for IT, but the ROI is too low. IT is making a mess of things.
- Our existing customer base does not appreciate the new features we bring them.
- It is impossible for Product management to forecast product releases on a quarterly basis.
- People in the teams are unmotivated and do not take responsibility for the work.
- The people are leaving the company, our knowledge is draining.

Online training works!
