Scrum made Easy
Ciprian made things very easy by making the class collaborative and adaptive. Every artifact learning was demo-ed and it helped big time in understanding and application of Scrum. I passed PSM-1 with ease with his class and minimal preparation.

It is worth going through the training!!
The trainer (Ciprian Banica) has not just given basic knowledge of the Scrum concepts he has helped me resolve any misunderstandings that I had. Also helped me expand my knowledge as well as helped me to develop the mindset/type of thinking needed to operate a scrum team through various activities which required us to come up with solutions for case studies and real scenarios.

I had passed the exam in first attempt itself with 96.5%
But that is secondary, he really gave deeper understanding on what to do in real world complex scenario. The session was completely activity based and that helped me to understand the best solutions and why my opinions might be less better.

Advanced Scrum Training by Ciprian
I recently attended a training by Ciprian on PSM 2. The class was very informative, interactive and engaging. The trainer used various tools and techniques to make the training interesting and relevant. We had breakout sessions, group discussions, and hands-on exercises that helped us understand the concepts better. The trainer also encouraged us to ask questions and share our experiences which made the training even more engaging. The trainer shared many real-life examples from his past experiences on how to handle complex and difficult situations and still delivering value. We even touched on some topics like Flow metrics and EBM to gain a better understanding of their impact on Scrum team performance and to identify areas for improvement.
