Great learning experience
The course was very interesting and helpful. It was a great opportunity to learn in a more practical way thanks to the many group exercises we did. The experience was entertaining and smooth, but also deep and detailed. Something that I strongly suggest for sure.

Learning by doing
Starting with a match between our way of facing a project and what Scrum suggests, results in the 1st learning. Then the entire course was about learning by doing, that makes it more effective for what concerne my way of learning and thinking.

Very helpful
This class was very helpful to figure out exactly what is agile mindset, and to apply scrum every day in my professional context. We could share our personal concerns with other trainees and with the trainer to have practical advice we can easily and quickly try. Leading by example

E' stata un'esperienza estremamente coinvolgente, nonostante la modalità online. La maggior parte del tempo è stata spesa in lavori di gruppo focalizzati sulla comprensione profonda dei principi di Scrum, più che sui dettagli e le definizioni (che non sono comunque mancate). Il docente ci ha aiutato a contestualizzare ogni esercizio. Un'esperienza di apertura mentale più che una formazione. - It's been an extremel involving experience, despite being online. Most of the time we were divided in small groups doing exercises aimed at understanding the principles of Scrum, more than listening to details and definitions (definitions were there too, though). The trainer has helped us to put every exercise in the right context. It's been a mind-opening experience, not only a training course

A tailor made training
A tailor made training. Flexible, active listener, adaptability proof, inclusive, etc. Fabio did an amazing job by transforming it into something really interactive, which is not easy regarding the context, the subject and the big number of attendees. About Fabio
I started my professional journey as a software engineer in 2001 and for several years I developed software products.
The following step was to work as a project and program manager using (and ofter hacking) traditional waterfall methodologies until I discovered, embraced and started practicing Scrum in 2013.
I love and I'm used to work with different cultures, thanks to my international experience, I'm trilingual (Italian, French and English) and always open to new challenging opportunities!
In 2010 I founded CollectiveGenius, in a mission to help people and companies to deliver complex products with Scrum. We provide professional Scrum training and coaching in Europe, mainly in France and Italy.
Since 2018, I trained 950+ people to professional Scrum with a satisfaction rate of 9,2 out of 10.
Some of my "public" work includes:
- The contribution to the translation in Italian of Gunther Verheyen's book "Scrum a Pocket Guide" (2019)
- The publication of a case study on organizational design "A World-Leading Company in Secure Communications Uses Scrum to Restore its Competitive Advantage" (2019) and a webinar registered in 2021.
